Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for an exciting global opportunity. You will play a crucial role in leading the team and Supply Chain partners to deliver exceptional Real Estate and Facilities Management services to our client. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing resources, fostering teamwork, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. As the Account Manager, you will provide essential support and guidance to ensure efficient workflow and develop the team to reach their full potential. Your influence will be key in establishing a world-class service delivery model for our client, motivating the team and support chain partners to enhance service delivery and drive innovation in the workplace. Additionally, you will be responsible for building a trusted relationship with the client and contributing to the ongoing development and success of the account.

Main Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Operational management of internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality of services provided is continually improved and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure value for money is achieved through robust management of suppliers and measurement of performance against service level agreements.
  • Financial Management: Reporting to the client, managing financial responsibility of the account, risk management, and maintaining profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Building and nurturing client and supplier relationships.
  • Strategic and Technical Support: Providing general advice to the client, peers, and team.
  • Service Consistency: Ensuring consistency of service standards across the current client portfolio.
  • Ad Hoc Project Management: Accountability and responsibility for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as they arise.
  • People Management: Line management of staff, including mentoring, development, coaching, and appraising to maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Networking: Assisting with the production of documents, processes, and information for other work or new projects. Staying informed of industry best practices by maintaining contact with peers in other market sectors.

  • Senior-level FM experience.

  • Established network within the FM industry.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in IT.
  • Degree-level education.
  • Professional qualification or business-related degree preferred.
  • Corporate membership of a relevant professional institution.
  • Recognized HS&E qualification.
