The position of Relationship Manager within the North American Asset Manager Segment, is responsible for a number of State Street strategic Asset Manager clients based on the United States . The role presents an opportunity to engage with senior executives both internally and with industry leading asset managers to help shape and drive State Street's strategy in servicing our key longstanding relationships.
As part of the remit, the Relationship Manager will cultivate a deep understanding of the client's business and the services provided by State Street, with the objective of optimizing client satisfaction, ensuring that the client experiences a best of breed service at State Street while identifying and driving new business opportunities to close.
The RM both lead and collaborate with their Sales counterpart in commercial negotiations, and will ensure compliance with contract terms. The RM will also assist in analyzing and managing the client P&L, and will oversee relationship financials.
Expected leadership behaviors include an ability to contribute to team excellence, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and willingness to drive strategy and engage with the client across its global locations.

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
