Part Time Operations Assistant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Our client, a biotechnology company in the Boston area, is seeking a temporary Operations Assistant. This role is onsite in Boston, working 20 hours a week Monday to Friday. This role contains duties such as coordinating guest speakers, coordinating venues, and vendor management. This position is compensating between $30 and $35 an hour depending on experience. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with outside bureaus to coordinate guest speakers for educational purposes


• Coordinate Venues


• Vendor Management


• Assist with logistics for speaker events


• Administrative and project work as needed, both related to speaker events and elsewhere

Qualifications:

• Strong MS office, communication, and organizational skills


• Ideally has experience supporting similar programs/initiatives in the past within the biotechnological space
