Nymbl Systems is a fast-growing healthcare SaaS company providing modern EHR solutions tailored to the Home Medical Equipment (HME) and Orthotics & Prosthetics (O&P) sectors. We are dedicated to delivering technology that helps providers streamline operations, enhance patient care, and optimize inventory management and procurement processes. As we expand our product offerings, we are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Inventory & Purchasing component, driving innovation within a critical part of our platform.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to own the development and enhancement of our Inventory and Purchasing functionality. This role will focus on streamlining the inventory management, procurement workflows, and vendor integrations for healthcare providers. You will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure the product delivers measurable value to our customers in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Ownership: Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for the inventory and purchasing module of Nymbl's platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Healthcare Focus: Ensure that the inventory and procurement processes meet the unique needs of healthcare providers, such as compliance with regulatory standards, supply chain constraints, and integration with medical billing systems.
  • User Research & Insights: Engage with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for innovation in inventory and purchasing.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Define, prioritize, and execute product enhancements that drive efficiency in inventory control, automate procurement processes, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality features on time, while collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product launches.
  • Metrics & KPIs: Establish and track key product metrics related to inventory management (e.g., stock accuracy, order fulfillment rates) and purchasing (e.g., procurement cycle time, supplier performance).
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure that all product features comply with healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.), and that security is maintained across purchasing and inventory systems.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focusing on inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain systems, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Strong understanding of healthcare supply chains, regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, HIPAA), and how inventory and purchasing integrate with clinical workflows.
  • SaaS Expertise: Experience with SaaS-based product development, particularly within verticals like healthcare, EMR, practice management, or DME/O&P sectors.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to work closely with engineers on technical requirements, system integrations, and API-based vendor management.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in building products that address customer needs and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and drive product initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with a focus on leveraging KPIs to drive product decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in DME, O&P, or related healthcare sectors.
  • Experience with purchasing and inventory management software integrations.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
