Frankies Bikinis, a fast-growing women's swimwear, apparel and activewear brand is looking for a committed, inspired, hands on individual for the Production Coordinator position. As a member of our high performing and fun team, this role will is an integral part of the Production Department.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
? Update our ERP system, Apparel Magic, based on delivery dates contractors provide day to day
? Purchase and manage all trim inventory as directed by the Production Managers
? Communicates UPC information, confirmed contents, care instructions, and packing instructions to vendors
? Assists in the pass off from development to production
? Ensure all tech packs, bill of materials and sew-by samples are accurate for production
? Day-to-day coordination with vendors to ensure we are hitting our production goals and deadlines
? Assists in organizing and uploading information daily to the internal WIP report
? Manage receipt and tracking of PP and TOP samples, checks in on WIP
? Sends weekly fit lists based on samples received in preparation for fit meetings
? Receives packing lists for bulk shipments and assists in creating appointments for delivery with 3PL
? Schedule couriers for movement of fabric, trim, cuts
? Arrange any packages, create packing lists, and relay tracking details to all appropriate parties
? Other tasks as delegated
Required Skills and Experience:
? 2-4 years of experience in fashion industry
? Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
? Understanding of swim and apparel construction
? Experience in Excel
? Experience as a team player who thrives in fast paced environments
? Flexibility, adaptability and excellent organization skills
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to interact with all personality types
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $25-$27 per hour. Actual salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, candidate's related work experience. This position also is eligible for benefits.
