This high-level role is at the partnership level and includes a seat on the senior management team, the investment committee, and as chair of the capital committee. It is among the most significant positions within the organization, with the potential to advance into leadership succession.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive capital raising efforts and cultivate relationships with investors, JV partners, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new asset acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on strategy development, leadership succession planning, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
  • Oversee financial performance, manage risk, and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the development and launch of innovative products and services.
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive brand growth and visibility.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews, guide strategic planning efforts, and lead major company initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze company performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Foster a positive, mission-aligned work environment that supports the firm's values and long-term vision.
  • Develop recruitment, training, and compensation plans to attract and retain top talent, while mentoring staff to deliver superior client service.
  • Oversee risk and portfolio management to ensure the firm's core assets are protected.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the acquisitions team, overseeing day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience, with a proven ability to raise equity capital aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
  • Broad investment experience across diverse strategies and asset types in multiple markets.
  • Deep expertise in asset finance, with the ability to strategically identify and capitalize on funding opportunities.
  • Proven track record in risk management, portfolio diversification, and value creation within an integrated investment platform.
  • Reputable as a skilled investor with a keen understanding of the capital-raising process and strong relationships with capital sources.
  • Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to build and grow teams.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a strong commitment to integrity.
