100% REMOTE CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is a remote position, however the first week will consist of in-person training.
Must have highspeed internet and a designated workspace at home with no distractions.
Client Services Representatives will answer calls and e-mails from customers.
This is a work from home position. Must have reliable high speed internet and a dedicated work space that's away from distractions.
Duration: Temp to Hire
Pay: $17.00/hr and $17.50/hr for (bilingual)
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri
The Customer Support department's goal is to provide premiere customer service to our buying customers and selling clients through efficient, clear, and timely resolutions to customer inquiries through phones and email. Representatives are expected to be knowledgeable and adhere to policy and procedure, federal and state regulations, and maintain an enthusiasm for relentless improvement. New associates may be trained in any of our following departments: Inbound Communication, Disputes, Scheduling, or Account Verification; however, we are a growing department and may add additional departments. New associates will be provided documented training, as well as "at the spot" training in preparation for their roles.
