As a Customer Success Representative, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring our customers achieve their goals by maintaining strong connections and delivering value through service, software, and materials education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Contract Renewals: Proactively engage with customers to manage and renew service contracts on equipment, ensuring uninterrupted support.
  • Software Agreement Renewals: Facilitate and secure renewals of software agreements, keeping customers' systems running efficiently.
  • Material Utilization & Education: Increase material utilization by educating customers on the latest materials and applications, enabling them to expand their 3D printing capabilities. Review consumption trends to drive proactive engagement and customer growth initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional communication and support through phone and email, serving as the go-to resource for customer inquiries, issues, and solutions.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within AdvancedTek, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated internally to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and build relationships via phone and email.
  • At least 2 years of business-to-business customer service experience required.
  • Proven experience in customer success, sales, or account management (preferred).
  • Knowledge or interest in additive manufacturing is preferred.
  • A background in working with engineering or manufacturing customers is a plus.
  • Experience using a CRM or ERP system is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Need to be a self-starter who is customer focused and service oriented
