Responsibilities:
Manage a complex calendar for the Managing Partner, prioritizing tasks to maximize efficiency.
Serve as a gracious gatekeeper, ensuring Partner focuses on high-impact issues.
Transcribe meeting notes and follow up on action items.
Prepare thoroughly for all meetings and events each day.
Organize both physical and electronic files systematically.
Facilitate key communications
Execute tasks within Microsoft Outlook and track progress to completion.
Collaborate effectively with the administrative team to foster strong partnerships.
Undertake various ad-hoc projects and personal requests, including reservations, research, and purchases.
