Immediate Receptionist opening for a well established infrastructure construction company. The ideal candidate takes initiative, has 2+ years of administrative/reception experience (ideally in the Construction industry) and is looking for a long term opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Route inbound calls, emails, message, mail/packages to the appropriate contact
Greet and provide customer service to visitors
Order office supplies, maintain conference room and its calendar
Conduct data entry task for office staff, finance/estimating department
Coordinate event/lunches
Manage office technology
Additional duties as requested
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years related administrative or clerical experience required.
Ability to work in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.
Construction administrative experience preferred
