Key Responsibilities:
Handle export and offshore orders, coordinating logistics and selecting carriers.
Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
Assist global teams with operational tasks and customer support.
Maintain customer profiles, agreements, and product knowledge.
Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and provide technical product recommendations.
Required Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred:
Experience with PeopleSoft and SAP systems.
Background in customer service or logistics coordination.
