Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff at the front desk with professionalism. • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly. • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars. • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is tidy and organized. • Provide support to management and other team members as needed.
Qualifications: • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not required). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • A friendly and welcoming attitude with a focus on customer service. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
