Front of House Manager

A Front of House (FOH) Manager is a pivotal figure in the hospitality industry, responsible for ensuring seamless and exceptional guest experiences in restaurants, bars, hotels, or other dining establishments. They oversee all aspects of the dining area, managing the front-of-house staff and optimizing operations to create a welcoming and efficient environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Greeting and interacting with guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.

Scheduling: Creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours while managing labor costs.

Service Excellence: Maintaining service standards, including attentiveness, order accuracy, and timely service.

Inventory and Supplies: Managing inventory of dining supplies, such as utensils, glassware, and linens, to ensure availability.
