The IPT (Human Resources) Administrative Coordinator will work closely with Vincit's corporate Human Resources and Safety Department. This individual is responsible for a variety of assistance tasks to the HR/Safety team. Under general direction, this position serves as a point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists with greeting visitors and associates, managing the HR mail needs, onboarding new hires, auditing HR processes/systems, credential management to our HRIS, and answering and fielding the HR call line.
EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: An Associate degree in Business; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent course work
Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience
POSITION REQUIREMENT(S): Specialized Skills/License/Certification
Required: Proficient in MS Office, ability to work well in a team environment, knowledge of HR principles and regulations, and data entry and communication skills. High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information. Ability to work independently and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Preferred: Experience with HRIS - Workday, recordkeeping, bilingual (English and Spanish).

Assist with employee on-boarding which can include data entry, new hire orientation admin and support, and tracking of business process to ensure data integrity and knowledgeable usage of the end users.
Being the first point of contact for visitors and making sure they are taken care of in a timely manner.
Serve as a resource for the HR Partners & Recruiters at Vincit Group and in the field, which may include training and assistance with various programs.
Apply the highest level of confidentiality regarding employee and candidate records.
Partner with Workday Support, HR Partners, Recruiters, System Administration providing input on business process, audits, reporting, and new requirements.
Utilize reporting and analytics to determine organizational needs and drive improvement through training, dashboards, HRIS data, and leveraging our utilization of the system.
Provide support and leadership in issue resolution on employee data issues. Improve processes and drive requirements for additional improvements to eliminate manual processes.
Needs to understand and react quickly to changing priorities.
Trouble-shoots login difficulties and access denials in Workday.
Assist with auditing data to ensure compliance.
Completes special projects upon request, and other duties may be assigned.
