We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong healthcare background to join our team in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have extensive SQL experience and a deep understanding of healthcare data analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • 12+ years of experience as a data analyst in the healthcare industry
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience working in complex database environments
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling
  • Strong understanding of healthcare concepts, medical terminology, and claims data
  • Analyze complex healthcare datasets, including medical claims, electronic health records, and clinical data
  • Design and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large volumes of healthcare data
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions for improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation processes
  • Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to healthcare data
  • Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HEDIS, HCC)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with healthcare-specific analytics platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their applications in healthcare
  • Familiarity with population health management and value-based care models
