The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives and recruitment efforts with management of assigned business unit(s). The position formulates partnerships across the Human Resource (HR) function to deliver value-added service to management and candidates that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Providing excellent, proactive, candidate-focused support, partnering with designated business leaders is key to deliver organizational performance through excellent people management, great working environment and the recruitment and retention of talent.
Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
Acts as a strategic partner to organizational leadership by developing recruitment programs and policies that align with the Company's vision, values, and direction, supporting long-term business objectives.
Oversees recruitment initiatives for hourly workforce, and leads the development of specialized programs, such as Transportation, Visa Programs, Reentry
Programs, local and state Veteran job fairs, community engagement, and other job fair activities.
Builds and maintains strong, proactive relationships with leaders to understand business needs and operational labor challenges, providing tailored recruitment solutions and support.
Actively participates in and develops federal and state programs aimed at increasing workforce diversity, including veterans, minorities, individuals with disabilities, and program workers.
Leverages technology and Human Resources (HR) systems to enhance recruitment marketing efforts and the Company's employer brand, ensuring effective talent acquisition and outreach.
Manages key recruitment metrics and regularly reports on workforce indicators. Uses data-driven insights to shape people practices and support decision-making across business units.
Analyzes HR trends and metrics to develop innovative recruitment strategies for hourly workforce, addressing labor needs and supporting business growth.
Leads the implementation of targeted resourcing plans to boost hourly workforce recruitment in all processing facilities, ensuring timely and effective staffing.
Maintains an in-depth understanding of legal requirements related to recruitment, ensuring compliance with regulations and reducing legal risk. Collaborates with the Legal and Compliance teams as necessary.
Upholds effective working relationships with leadership team and employees, providing guidance on recruitment processes and broader organizational issues.
Travels to Company facilities as needed to participate in recruitment events, develop site-specific recruitment strategies, and supporting staffing efforts in processing facilities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring thorough documentation and data integrity.
Possess the ability to think critically and apply forward-thinking approaches to resolve challenges effectively.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating reliability and accountability.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently.
Maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred. Will consider a combination of education and work experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in human resource management.
Prior experience and strong knowledge of immigration employment laws desired.
Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to speak, read, write, and translate strongly preferred.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office environment with telephones, personal computers, and printers.
Sedentary position with seldom to occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds.
May require standing less than or equal to 1/3 of the day.
Ability to collaborate virtually with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Responsible to maintain an internet service that supports all functions required to perform their job outside of Butterball's traditional workspace. Service must support Teams for Business, screen sharing, video, when necessary, Office 365, SharePoint, Share Drive access, cell phone signal, or other systems required to support company systems and to work effectively.
