A large health care facility in the Bay Area is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team. The Facilities Management department contains professionals responsible for facilities totaling over two million square feet in the portfolio. The Facility Manager II performs routine risk assessments, ensures maintenance of facilities, leads facility-related projects, and supports larger construction projects, all while ensuring Environment of Care standards and codes. FM serves as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams and leads enterprise-wide facility impact communications different stakeholders and team members. *This position is on call*

Knowledge of regulations, procedures or technical reference materials relating to building maintenance.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree Required
5+ yrs of experience as a Facilities Manager, facilities project manager, Facilities EHS Manager or related field.
PowerPoint experience (presenting and building decks from scratch).
Ability to delegate and follow up on communication with different stakeholders and contractors.
Experience with PM management more specifically construction facility background.
Industrial or facility background.
Available to work onsite M-F 7:00am-4:00pm PST (schedule non-negotiable)
All though this role is not clinical you will be working within a health care facility so there is health screenings involved*
Compensation:
$52.00/hr to $60.00/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
