JOB SUMMARY: Belle Tire is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain Management to lead and coordinate a number of strategic, cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives. We're looking for critical thinkers and leaders that possess subject matter expertise in Supply Chain functions and their execution in an enterprise ERP platform. They will be accountable to understand internal stakeholder needs, current & alternative solution capabilities and drive initiatives that support the innovation & evolution of the business. This role will provide stout leadership & insights to an agile delivery team, prioritize efforts, weigh financial impacts, measure results, and effectively communicate business goals to key stakeholders in the organization as they bring vision to existence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop trusted & engaged relationships with key Supply Chain stakeholders as a liaison of the IST team to identify & prioritize various business needs.
Provide subject matter expertise in a collaborative, cross-functional environment to implement solutions that address core business needs.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and budgets while overseeing the execution of those projects from initiation to closure.
Collaborate with agile IT teams to bring vision into reality through execution with product and market research, competitor analysis, risk assessment, strategic planning, business case & requirements development, and product/feature launch.
Champion closed-loop execution by defining success factors, KPI's, and evaluating the theoretical assumed results against the real, observed outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of Supply Chain experience as an SAP or equivalent ERP functional expert.
Experience working with applications and teams responsible for catalog & SKU management, MRP processes, warehouse management, vendor management, and strategic, lean & just-in-time sourcing models.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, product/program management, business development, or management consulting a plus.
Self-starting multitasker capable of prioritizing efforts within an accelerated, dynamic environment.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Proficient in quality user story composition for Agile development, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional team collaboration within the Atlassian suite.
Experience in fast-paced environments like retail, services and/or eCommerce a plus.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills in an executive setting.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Work hours are typically 8-5, Mon-Fri, some overtime may be required. Office environment requiring long periods of sitting operation of standard office equipment. Requires minimal travel to Belle Tires store locations. Some lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, grabbing, and reaching.
