Responsibilities
Manage material orders for service jobs, coordinating with purchasing to confirm part availability.
Process sales orders and invoices using ERP systems while ensuring data accuracy.
Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing prompt and professional service.

Qualifications

Typing speed of 60+ words per minute to meet job demands.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and strong follow-through.
