Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in multi-family construction? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate development firm that specializes in delivering high-quality multi-family residential projects. This is a unique opportunity to represent the owner's interests and manage impactful projects from inception to completion.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee multi-family construction projects on behalf of the owner, ensuring all aspects of the development process are executed to the highest standards. From pre-construction planning to project delivery, you'll work closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-family construction projects from the owner's perspective, ensuring alignment with the firm's vision and goals.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Review and approve project documents, change orders, and payment requisitions.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify issues, and drive timely resolutions.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience managing multi-family construction projects, preferably on the owner's representative side.
  • Strong understanding of the multi-family development process, from pre-construction to turnover.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex project workflows.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with third-party contractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
