ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an HR Data Specialist for a well-established enterprise organization in Seattle, WA! In this role you act as the primary contact for benefits production support, audit, identify and analyze issues related to data integrity and system quality assurance, and assist analysts with special projects. This is a great opportunity for an early career HR Analyst looking to grow and expand your skills!
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms.
Act as a point of contact for HR-related data inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to employee benefits
Monitor and audit HR data for inconsistencies, discrepancies, or errors, and take corrective action as necessary.
Generate and analyze regular HR reports
Support the maintenance and configuration of HR service desk software, ensuring it reflects current HR data policies and workflows.
Ensure that all HR data is handled in compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities to improve HR data processes and increase efficiency within the HR service desk.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years experience working with HRIS systems with strong knowledge of HR systems capabilities
Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail
Able to deliver high volume, high quality work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of HR processes, data workflows, and confidentiality requirements.

Canadian HR experience
