We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. UX Designer to join a dynamic team in Atlanta. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in user experience design, who can translate complex concepts into user-friendly and visually appealing digital products. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final product meets business goals and user needs.
Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to the development of design systems and standards.
Qualifications:
5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in a lead or senior role.
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user experience projects across web and mobile platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
