Job Description:
Fast growing commercial real estate company in Northern NJ seeks a Lease Administrator.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in office, that offers excellent opportunity for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities include:
Lease Documentation and Management:
- Review and process new lease agreements, including legal documents, to accurately input data into the leasing database.
- Maintain comprehensive lease files with all relevant documents like tenant information, rent schedules, and lease amendments.
- Track key lease terms such as rent amounts, lease expiration dates, renewal options, and tenant rights.
Rent Collection and Billing:
- Generate monthly tenant invoices based on lease agreements.
- Monitor rent payments, identify late payments, and follow up with tenants to ensure timely collection.
- Process security deposit payments and refunds.
Tenant Communication and Support:
- Respond to tenant inquiries regarding lease details, billing questions, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Qualified candidates should have experience dealing with leases in and administrative role at a real estate company.
Salary 70-90k Depending on experience
