Duration: Contractual- 24 months
Pay Rate: $60-65/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Job Description
We are seeking a Mid-Level Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, effective project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with a team of contractors, architects, and engineers. This role will require managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • 3-8 years of experience in construction project management or related roles. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project). • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification. • Experience in specific type of construction, e.g., oil & gas, Heavy industrial, transportation or infrastructure projects
