Our Client is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead their procurement initiatives and build a Center of Excellence. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and ensuring supplier compliance.
Role starts at $100K + up to 15% company success bonus .
Role is Onsite in Irving, Texas.

Responsibilities
Leverage your deep understanding of Client's procurement function and Dynamics 365 F&O to: • Establish Best Practices & Governance: Remain up to date on industry best practices and emerging technologies. Work closely with Commodity Managers to identify best practices for sourcing, negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship management, purchasing practices, and governance for Procurement. Design and implement a robust procurement governance framework. • Analytics: Develop and leverage data analytics to measure performance, identify cost reduction opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. • Support the Optimization of Supply Chain Efficiency: Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to monitor production levels and ensure proper supply to CLIENT'S locations. Develop planning tools to manage master production schedules, liaise with suppliers, and ensure raw material availability to meet production demands. • Ensure Supplier Compliance: Conduct and document our supply base compliance to all relevant regulations and certifications required by CLIENT'S standards, including EHS, legal, quality, and ethical policies. • Champion System Implementation: Support the successful configuration and optimization of procurement workflows within Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and efficient workflows. • Drive User Adoption: Develop and implement training programs for procurement personnel on the new system, fostering system adoption across the organization. • Gain Deep Knowledge: Immerse yourself in the company's procurement function, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our current processes and practices, including those related to M&A activity.
Qualifications • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 F&O • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement leadership with a strong track record of success. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand changes in spend data and material costs. • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement long-term plans. • Prior experience leading and motivating a team is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
