Job Description:

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree and/or graduate degree in Food Science or related field.

• Animal science, microbiology, public health, agriculture, nutrition, ETC.

-5+ years of food QA experience at a corporate chain restaurant brand

-Expertise in sourcing and qualifying suppliers from multiple food categories

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Certifications/knowledge of: HACCP, GFSI, IFT, NRA, CFP, ServSafe

- Experience with the food category of Fresh Produce
