What You'll Do:
As a Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless system transition while collaborating with product development teams and cross-functional partners. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with product development teams to gather, validate, and migrate critical data from Oracle PLM to TraceGains.
Performing detailed data entry, cleanup, and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Facilitating communication between cross-functional teams, suppliers, and partners to maintain data integrity and ensure smooth transitions.
Supporting the development and delivery of training for new system users and acting as a resource for ongoing inquiries.
What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn tools like TraceGains and Oracle PLM.
Familiarity with FDA/USDA regulatory standards, with preferred experience in food manufacturing or laboratory settings.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
Experience with SaaS implementation and data migration processes (preferred).
