About the Role:
As a Managed Markets Trainer, you will play a key role in preparing the team for this critical product launch by developing and delivering training materials that support the market access and reimbursement strategy.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and an external agency to build and execute a comprehensive learning plan.
Key Responsibilities:
ACTIVATE:
Design and develop a self-study learning module curriculum focused on market access and reimbursement for Managed Markets and Field Teams.
The curriculum will cover topics including Payer Overview, Medical and Pharmacy Benefits, Utilization Management, Patient Support, and Distributor/Specialty Pharmacy, etc.
ACCELERATE:
Customize and adapt curriculum for both virtual and in-person workshops.
Work with internal stakeholders to create and execute workshops that emphasize teamwork, resource utilization, and best practice scenarios, to be presented at the launch meeting.
LAUNCH:
Lead/support the training and workshop execution during launch preparation and at the official product launch meeting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Patient Support, CL+D, Managed Markets, and external vendors/agencies to ensure all training and deliverables are on time and meet business needs.
Provide leadership in coordinating project timelines, driving stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring alignment across teams.
Manage workstreams and ensure efficient project management throughout the training development lifecycle, including overseeing vendor/agency relationships to create self-study modules and workshops.
Present final training materials and gain leadership alignment on the market access and reimbursement curriculum and matrix team collaboration workshop.
Execute/support the final workshops and training sessions at launch, marking the successful completion of the project.
Additional Responsibilities:
The scope of this role is not limited to the tasks and deliverables outlined above.
As the project evolves, there may be additional opportunities to support other training and operational initiatives related to the Lenacapavir for PrEP launch or broader Managed Markets objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in training development, instructional design, and project management, preferably in managed markets, market access, or pharmaceutical industries.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with external vendors/agencies.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience delivering engaging content to a diverse audience.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams at all levels and external partners to achieve shared goals.
Experience developing training materials, including self-study modules and live workshops.
Comfortable with both virtual and in-person training delivery formats.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market access landscape is a plus.
Project Responsibilities (The participant will):
Collaborate with cross-functional HIV Prevention and Len for PrEP Teams, XBU Patient Support Teams and other Managed Markets Teams.
Develop execution plan in partnership with CL+D and L4P FRM leadership.
Orchestrate cross-functional input and drive collaborative relationships

Preferred Experience:
MS degree plus 6 years in related field is desirable
5+ years of commercial pharmaceutical/biotech experience
3 years of successful Field Sales experience
1-year Prior commercial training experience
Experience in HIV is preferred, launch experience preferred
Sales, marketing, or training experience in a competitive biotech/pharma marketplace
