About the Position
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a key member of the Executive Team, supporting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of Club operations, including dining, events, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure operational excellence in service, culinary offerings, and facilities.
Act as a central leader, fostering team collaboration.
Step in as acting GM when needed, managing all operations.
Plan and execute private events, ensuring seamless member experiences.
Enhance cocktail and wine programs to elevate beverage offerings.
About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional with at least six years of experience, including three in a managerial role within private clubs or high-end hospitality. Key qualities include:
