Job Description:
Location: Georgetown, KY
Overtime: Up to 20% (depending upon the business need, 5h-20h)
Travel: Up to 50% (mostly within KY location, but other travel will be based upon business needs)
Interview: MS Teams Interview for 1 hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Support FAE PE with the procurement, design, and trialing of new or modified equipment for NAMCs assembly shops manufacturing production.
- Perform PLC/SPLC programming using Toyopuc, AB, Omron, and Siemens.
- Conduct offline and/or online robot programming of Fanuc and Kawasaki robots.
- Confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended.
- Prepare and confirm new Assembly equipment at the vendors and NAMCs.
- Support Assembly Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from design to installation and to start of production.
- Develop equipment countermeasures during setup, trials, and SOP.
- Engage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada, and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, and Mexico.
- Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work off shifts when required.
Requirements:

Education: Associate technical degree (or higher), or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years).

Experience: Strong PLC programming experience with Toyopuc, AB, Omron, and Siemens.

Skills: Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% at times (including international travel).

Overtime: Ability to work up to 20% overtime when required.
What You May have:
- Degree in Industrial Maintenance related field.
- Automotive Assembly experience.
- Knowledge of safety scanner setup and programming.
- Knowledge of vision systems setup and integration.
- Knowledge of various industrial controls networking, including Ethernet IP, TCIP, FLnet, and ProfiNet.
- Understanding of Our Client Assembly AVI.
- Seibi experience.
- Automotive experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with mentoring and/or technical training.
