Overview
Russell Tobin is supporting our client, a leading American fashion retailer, in the search for a DEI Data Coordinator! This contract role, running from February 2024 to May 2024, offers the opportunity to support key Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives focused on corporate indexes, benchmarking, and recognition. You'll play a vital role in data collection, research, and project management to help the DEI team achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and evaluate data from various sources and systems.
Assist in building sustainable tools within existing platforms for optimized reporting.
Analyze data trends and recommend improvements to dashboards, performance, and outputs.
Collaborate with the DEI team on ongoing assignments.
Research and resolve missing or inaccurate data submissions.
Deliver tasks and projects within set timelines.
