Job Description:
This role supports the UKGPro Implementation project and involves assisting in various testing phases, including UAT, parallel, and additional testing. The selected candidate will also contribute to day-to-day operations within the module.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting the lead in creating and enforcing system-based policies specific to Kronos (WFC & UKG Pro).
Collaborating with business owners to review requirements and gather inputs for system enhancements and bug fixes.
Documenting and submitting system change/enhancement requests for traceability in project improvements.
Managing and designing configurations (e.g., MKDs, hyper-finds) to ensure accurate data handling and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
Workforce Central and Dimensions experience: Minimum 10 years.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical study.
Experience with large workforce use of Kronos (10,000+ employees).
Supporting Kronos for union/bargaining unit workforces.
Highly Desired Skills:
Integration with PeopleSoft Application using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
Writing custom WFC reports.
Experience with Kronos WFC 8.0+ or higher.
WFC Configuration aligned with organizational pay rules.
