As an Oracle Cloud Financials you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients. You will address client objectives with your cloud knowledge and business acumen while providing consulting services to help them optimize their Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud Financials/GL ERP Functional support items, post go-live
Provide work effort coordination between remote and onsite personnel utilizing regularly scheduled conference calls, web sessions, and meetings as required
Maintain an effective relationship with the client, team members, and management
Effectively manage scope and client expectations on individual assignments
Follow through on all assignments and take ownership of client issues
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of Oracle Cloud Financials ERP Support and 1 year of Oracle Cloud Financials/GL ERP end to end implementation experience
Functional Oracle Cloud knowledge is required in following Financial modules:
General Ledger, Budgetary Control, Accounts Payable
Functional Oracle Cloud knowledge is preferred in following ERP modules:
