Details
Call center customer service department, inbound calls only.
$15-$18 per hour + commission weekly pay.
Full-Time Monday through Friday 7 am to 7 pm to work an 8hr shift, flexible Saturdays!
Job Duties
Answers all incoming calls in a professional manner.
Handles and resolves customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provides information.
Responds to all of customers' questions (billing, enrollments, escalations).
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English Required.
CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to pass a background check.
Computer savvy.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
