Job Description:

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Set clear performance goals and provide coaching to ensure team success.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, customer service excellence, and accountability.
• Serve as the face of the bank in the local community by participating in events and building relationships with customers and community leaders.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with banking services.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet branch sales goals, including loans, deposits, and fee income.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust strategies and remain competitive.
• Ensure branch operations comply with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee cash handling, security procedures, and audits to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
• Manage branch budget, expenses, and resources effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
