Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a Florida based Retailer on their search for a skilled, Performance Marketer.
The business is a disruptive player in the industry with several established and growing brands and products in their portfolio.
The successful candidate must be hands-on experience with the management of running ad accounts, in particular META (Facebook and Instagram).
Successful candidates must also be from a fast growth, customer acquisitions focussed DTC / eCommerce brand and be willing to worth in a fast-paced 'scrappy' environment.
This is an opportunity for a highly skills Performance Marketeer, whether management level, director level, VP level, to accelerate their career and own this channel and paid growth of the business.
Please note: Re-location in a must have for this position, applicants will be supported on this, but must be willing to re-locate!
Vice President / Director Paid Social:
Proven experience in Digital / Performance Marketing with an emphasis on new Customer Acquisition
Strong E2E experience across Meta / Facebook ads - Ad platforms, Paid Search, Campaigns
Experience with significant ad spend - ideally with META
Experience in a high growth / scaling DTC brand selling physical products
Analytical - experience with online marketing and associated testing processes, tools and platforms (I.e Google Analytics, A/B Testing)
Ability to work with a lean team, high-growth environment with the ability to prioritize and react accordingly whilst remaining organized.
Capable of 'wearing multiple hats' and providing support across a range of marketing channels.
Experience managing agency partners and relationships
Vice President / Director Paid Social:
Driving forward business strategy focused on performance marketing efforts and building customer loyalty and retention
Manage key KPIs such as Net Profit, Contribution Margin, CPA, ROAS, CLTV/CAC ratio, and more
Develop and maintain testing frameworks to accelerate learning and growth
Analyze and report on campaign performance across all channels regularly, owning KPI reporting, focusing on metrics like ROAS, LTV, retention, and churn
