Faris Lee Investments is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at our corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA. This role focuses on creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support property listings, client communications, and trade show/event initiatives. The Marketing Manager will design and produce both digital and print materials, manage property-level marketing campaigns, and oversee content development across various platforms. Responsibilities:
Design & Creation of Marketing Materials: Produce digital and printed materials (emails, newsletters, flyers, property brochures) in alignment with brand guidelines. Must be proficient in preparing files for print.
Property-Level Marketing Management: Post active property listings to the Faris Lee website, CoStar, CREXi, and LoopNet. Design and execute email marketing campaigns using InDesign and Photoshop both via internal email systems and third-party platforms.
Trade Show and Event Communication: Advertise and create email campaign promoting Faris Lee 's presence at national and regional trade shows
Website & Automated Marketing Management: Manage the company website and other automated marketing systems. Develop, maintain, and optimize creative campaigns that generate leads and track user engagement. Provide marketing reports and analyze lead generation performance.
PR Liaison: Write press releases and act as a liaison to supply necessary press and media information. Post media releases to the website and other content platforms, ensuring they are archived appropriately.
Content Marketing Development: Create and manage content for e-newsletters and select social media platforms. Maintain editorial calendars and manage content creation, including writing and organizing materials for regular posting.
Content Generation: Write compelling copy for various marketing channels, including digital tools (website, landing pages, email marketing), printed collateral (flyers, corporate books, tradeshow materials), and promotional content (company descriptions, sponsorships). Assist with updating bios for Faris Lee staff and brokers.
Website Management: Regularly update website content, including PR, new photos, and media coverage, ensuring the site remains current.
Property Pipeline Maintenance: Monitor and update the status of property listings daily, ensuring all marketing materials and property information are accurate and up to date.
Collaboration with Brokers: Support brokers on special projects as needed, providing marketing and content assistance.
Other Assigned Projects: Take on additional marketing tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership such as management of the database, closing files, Invoicing, management of Due Diligence folders, and more
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
3-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on real estate
Strong background in digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and website management.
Experience with graphic design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
Content creation experience, including writing copy for websites, newsletters, social media, and print materials.
Familiarity with real estate platforms such as CoStar, CREXi, LoopNet, and internal property listing systems is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing materials and press releases.
Experience with WordPress and basic understanding of HTML
