This individual will use their financial expertise and client management skills to provide outstanding wealth management services and build strong client relationships. The Client Advisor will also help improve processes to support our growing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service:
Conduct comprehensive client reviews, including portfolio and financial plan updates, to ensure alignment with clients' goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing investment-related inquiries and other client needs promptly.
Investment Oversight:
Provide guidance and explanations regarding investment strategies, asset allocation, and portfolio performance.
Collaborate with internal investment teams to ensure clients' portfolios remain consistent with their financial objectives and risk tolerances.
Maintain The Lumida Blog:
Create compelling content on a myriad of complex financial topics for our blog
Explain otherwise complex financial ideas in a way that is easy for clients to digest.
Education and Support:
Explain complex financial concepts in a way that's easy for clients to understand.
Support clients with questions related to retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, and other aspects of financial planning.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all interactions and recommendations adhere to fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Required:
Series 65 License (or equivalent).
Must have a CFP or CFA
Experience:
7+ years of experience in financial planning, client advisory, or a related field, working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Proven expertise in investment strategies, financial planning, tax, and trust & estate (SLATs, GRATs, etc).
Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
