The Customer Service/Office Assistant will provide exceptional client support while managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our social media marketing company. This role requires strong organizational skills, a client-first mindset, proficiency in technology, and the ability to assist the team with various office needs while maintaining excellent communication and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for client requests, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
  • Office Assistance: Provide support to team members by handling administrative tasks and assisting with various office needs.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and send meeting invites, attend video calls, and take detailed notes to ensure follow-ups are seamless.
  • Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintain a pleasant demeanor, and ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Organizational Excellence: Stay on top of tasks with exceptional attention to detail and maintain high levels of organization in all aspects of work.
  • Social Media Understanding: Have a basic understanding of social media platforms to effectively support the team's marketing efforts.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilize tools like Google Drive, Mac computers, iPhones, and email platforms with ease and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as a team player, assisting wherever needed, and contribute to a positive and productive office environment.
