The direct WorkBoard buyer is typically the CEO or GM of a business unit, and our platform is deployed to all employees under the P&L owner - giving the company an exceptionally large market opportunity. As Director of Strategic Services, you will be consulting clients on accelerating their company's growth plans and applying our solution to make alignment and accountability remarkably easy, so they can achieve great results. This role presents a rare opportunity to see first-hand and influence how companies and teams formulate their strategic objectives, operationalize them to drive results, and make a tangible impact on employee engagement and business outcomes. You will form strategic advisor relationships with C-Level Executives, and coach their teams to define, communicate and operationalize their results achievement
You will play a pivotal role in making strategic priorities relevant and meaningful at every level of the organization. Your results expertise will enable our customers to increase the business results they realize from the WorkBoard platform over time

You are business savvy and draw on your combination of real-world experiences and education to work seamlessly and fluently with leaders across a wide range of functional disciplines at large enterprises
You are a self-starter with strong ownership skills, willing to support many customer accounts, deploying impactful strategies to accelerate our clients' and WorkBoard's growth
You have strong interest and experience in strategy development, strategy deployment, and operating model optimization
A minimum of 10 years of work experience and ideally, experience at a strategy firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a management consulting firm like PwC, Client, Client, or Slalom
A plus if you have worked for a high-growth B2B SaaS company

You will be skilled and super effective at:
Driving the adoption of a GenAI powered technology solution to scale strategy execution, accountability for results achievement, and operating model excellence with executives, leaders, and front-line teams
Leading and facilitating executive conversations on crafting meaningful strategies and optimizing management operating models leveraging best-in-class technology
Leveraging your natural curiosity to quickly understand a client's business while demonstrating tact and poise to actively solve with executives on strategy execution excellence
Igniting upsells and cross sell opportunities by delivering exceptional customer experiences and quantifiable value for executives
Understanding complex, matrix organizations and navigating them effectively to create value for both our clients and company
Storytelling, design, and graphical representation of complex concepts for executive level presentations
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL:
Attend new-hire immersion training to build a solid understanding of WorkBoard's Strategy Execution platform and how we work as a team
Attend the Results Management Leader Certification program to gain a deep understanding of the WorkBoard Value Journey and its relevance in helping P&L owners increase the predictability of their strategy deployment at scale to achieve their growth plans
Become a WorkBoard Strategy Execution platform expert to understand how a customer's management operating model optimized using our platform
Become highly proficient in the application of the Outcome Mindset Method of OKRs in support of strategy deployment and operating model excellence
Dazzle a WorkBoard expert with your enthusiastic platform demonstration
Become an impactful member of your assigned client account teams and have clarity on the results they are driving towards
Shadow a minimum of 10 executive sessions with your peers in the Strategic Services organization encompassing strategy development, OKR creation in the Outcome Mindset, optimizing operating models and facilitating executive decision making leveraging the results data in the WorkBoard platform
You will have clarity on the performance measures for your role; software sales growth partnering with our sales team, platform user activation, executive engagement, and validation of our benchmarks of success for strategy execution
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL:
Shadow a minimum of five Steering Committee/QBR meetings with our economic buyers to see how we guide strategy execution at scale using outcome mindset, our technology, and operating model recommendations
Coach executive teams in setting high integrity objectives and key results by facilitating a minimum of 10 OKR workshops for SVPs and C-Level Executives
Be a valued client advisor by coaching at least 10 executives to lead their teams with results clarity and accountability and an optimized management operating rhythm supported by the WorkBoard Strategy Execution platform
Learn and begin to implement our platform user activation tactics across your client accounts
Partner with the sales team to advance and close at least three software expansion opportunities in the client accounts you support
Clear plan through our fiscal year to 130% NRR across your assigned client accounts
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL:
Have a dozen SVPs and C-Level customer relationships that you can tap for insights, references, case studies and thought partnership any time to express the business value WorkBoard is helping them drive for their company
Be able to have memorialized the value your clients are receiving from their partnership with WorkBoard to accelerate sales velocity and help your account teams achieve their revenue targets
Drive 105% quarterly NRR across your customer accounts with line of sight for more
Improve platform user activation by 5% across your client accounts
Conduct your first quarter of Steering Committee/QBRs with the Economic Buyers at your client accounts
