My clients are a well established organization going through a company growth period along with a Workday HCM implementation and are looking for a Senior Workday analyst to be their SME for the Workday platform post implementation. This is a standalone role within the organization.
The role:
You will be responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of the Workday HRIS platform. This includes Customization, configuration, security, reports and updates/upgrades.
You will work independently and will have collaboration and communication with various stakeholders, HR and IT departments.
You will work on HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
Work on data conversion and system administration.
You will need:
To have a strong all round background in Workday HCM and the day to day functional running of the system.
To be a self starter and independent worker
To have experience troubleshooting, gathering requirements, with Data analysis, Testing, Release Management, configuration.
