What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a ColdFusion Developer to play a pivotal role in supporting our federal clients' Insider Threat initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for web application development, integrating systems, and enhancing web interfaces to improve mission success. Your responsibilities will include:
Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain ColdFusion-based web applications and systems to support Insider Threat initiatives.
System Integration and Data Management: Integrate with database systems and external applications, ensuring seamless communication and data accuracy.
Custom Configuration: Customize web layouts and interfaces based on user requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Ad Hoc Software Development: Develop and modify software to extend system capabilities, improving overall functionality.
Deployment and Maintenance: Ensure that both COTS and GOTS software products are deployed, maintained, and continuously updated to meet client requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Work to enhance the system's functionality, ensuring that it stays current with changes in external systems and integrates new data sources.
The Skills We're Looking For:
Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of ColdFusion, with the ability to analyze, improve, and integrate additional capabilities on the existing code base.
System Integration Experience: Proficient in integrating systems, including working with DIA enterprise networks, DoD, and IC equivalents (e.g., NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS).
Software Development Skills: Experience with Python, JavaScript, CSS, Ruby, or similar development tools.
Security Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD TS SCI Clearance.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and federal stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions to ensure system functionality and integration.
Certifications:
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP).
Computing Environment Certification (Windows, Linux Essentials, vendor/tool certification) within the last two years.
Certification in ColdFusion, along with certifications in Python, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby, or similar development tools, or at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in these areas.

Day Thirty:
Active Contribution: Begin contributing to the development and integration tasks, offering fresh insights and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in enhancing web interfaces and system integration.
Day Sixty:
Project Ownership: Take on more responsibility for individual projects, including full-cycle development and integration tasks. Work closely with federal stakeholders to ensure all project needs are being met.
Day Ninety:
Lead Initiatives: Take full ownership of key projects, managing them from conception to completion. Identify opportunities for innovation, improving the performance and functionality of systems and applications.
Mentorship Role: Begin mentoring junior team members, helping them grow their skills and providing leadership within the development team.
