Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the implementation, administration, and support of essential software systems for schools.
Transform data into actionable insights by compiling, analyzing, and creating reports for admissions, enrollment, and tuition management programs.
Provide hands-on technical and help desk support for the Student Information System and other critical school software tools.
Manage database administration, including donor and alumni records, conducting detailed research, and delivering comprehensive reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to optimize data and systems management.
Play a key role in tuition distribution processes and other financial activities that directly impact school communities.
Create and maintain dashboards and strategic data reports to guide schools and leadership teams.
Ensure seamless access to online admissions and enrollment systems by managing compliance with policies and deadlines.
Support the administration of placement tests and handle related data requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum three (3) years' experience in constituent data management for a non-profit organization
Vast database experience including data migrations, building custom reports and ensuring data quality.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Raiser's Edge and student information system coordination experience a plus
Spanish proficiency is preferred
