As a Senior Solution Architect, you will oversee IT operations, driving the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX systems to support business goals. This role manages projects, system enhancements, and support, ensuring quick delivery of solutions to meet business needs. It also fosters cross-functional collaboration and improves internal IT processes.
Role:
Lead the EFS department by aligning technology initiatives with business goals, optimizing resources, and managing budgets and IT projects for efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX, ensuring configuration and customization meet business needs and drive innovation.
Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and seamless integration with business applications.
Maintain system security, compliance, and data privacy, managing security configurations and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and policies.
Provide training, documentation, and technical support to end-users, and ensure the continuous maintenance and improvement of system reference materials.
Prioritize and execute activities within the EFS department, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and monitoring performance against established SLAs.
Lead and develop the team, managing performance, providing coaching and training, and fostering collaboration on project and process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&SCM, Dynamics AX, and Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate).
Expertise in workflow design, configuration, and security architecture within Dynamics 365 F&SCM, along with knowledge of key business processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
Strong documentation, training, and customer support skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Proven ability in problem-solving, driving change, and innovation, with a focus on root cause analysis and process improvement.
Effective communicator and collaborator, with experience in crisis management and familiarity with OneStream CPM; project management certifications and valid driver's license preferred.
Salary and Benefits
$140,000 - $180,000 base salary
Bonus up to 20%
