On behalf of our client we are looking for a Talent Development Associate for a 6 month contract assignment. You will play a key role in managing the annual talent cycle and enhancing processes around goal setting, talent reviews, and year-end performance evaluations. As a Workday "super user" you will be pivotal in testing, launching and tracking processes and milestones.
Responsibilities:
Support and enhance processes including training, tracking, communications, reporting and analytics
Collaborate with teams to explore new Workday functionalities and implement user feedback
Manage the Talent Development budget management
Act as a liaison for education reimbursement approvals and content creation platforms
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in HR, talent development, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday Learning a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
