We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team at Selezione Interiors, a prestigious interior manufacturing firm based in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, the Project Manager will manage projects from inception to completion. This role demands a robust grasp of project management principles, outstanding communication and collaboration skills, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
- Lead and collaborate with project teams to foster effective communication and teamwork.
- Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Provide regular project status updates and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Employ earned value management techniques to assess project performance and ensure goals are met.
- Establish and maintain project management protocols across project lifecycle stages: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in architectural and interior design fields.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in similar roles.
- Deep understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Ability to interpret shop drawings and millwork specifications.
- Proficiency in earned value management and project budgeting.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, adept at working with diverse teams.
- Experience with content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing project requirements and devising effective plans.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to evolving project demands.
