Main Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain HSE management systems and policies.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for staff and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, injuries, and safety training programs.
  • Assist in investigating incidents and accidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and evaluate HSE performance.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to promote a safety-first culture.
  • Prepare reports on HSE performance and recommend improvements.
  • May Travel offshore twice out of the year

Requirements
  • Experienced with OSHA standards 1926 and 1910
  • Degree/Experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant HSE regulations and standards.
  • Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HSE management software.
  • Certified Health and Safety Professional (CHSP) or equivalent qualification preferred.
