Minimum 2 years of experience in FIX client on-boarding.
High Level understanding of FIX protocol.
Good understanding of Unix.
Ability to work independently and read FIX Logs files efficiently to resolve order workflow and session related issues.
Demonstrate high-level of client service skills (incident management, operational processes)
Experience with supporting complex business-critical systems and enterprise distributed systems
Front office experience preferably Futures and Equity Derivative, and experience with Electronic Trading Systems/Client Connectivity.
Ready to work in Flexible hours, including weekends.
1st point of contact for incidents to both clients and internally stakeholders
Interest in at least one programming language (Java/C#)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
