We are seeking a dynamic Junior People Partner to join our growing People Operations team during an exciting phase of expansion. While this role will initially focus heavily on talent acquisition support and sourcing, it offers significant exposure and growth opportunities across all People Operations functions. The ideal candidate brings experience with recruiting and an eagerness to explore AI efficiencies and new technologies. This is a perfect stepping stone for someone looking to gain generalist experience and/or target a specialized development path within the larger People Operations function.
Core Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
Lead sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, industry networks, social platforms, job fairs, and other sources
Identify and maintain engaged talent pipelines for high volume roles
Create compelling outreach campaigns
Coordinate complex interview schedules across global time zones
Support Talent Business Partner on ATS implementation; manage candidate pipeline in ATS
Support offer process and closing candidates
Track and report on sourcing metrics, identifying gaps or delays
Research and recommend new sourcing channels
Support employer branding initiatives and manage company "life" page on LinkedIn
People Operations Support:
Act as support and administrative "floater", embracing opportunities to support key leaders within the People Operations team. People Ops leaders have a commitment to mentorship and will identify learning opportunities and support inclusion and encouragement of junior team members.
Support multi-state compliance initiatives
Help maintain HRIS data accuracy and processing of status change requests
Assist with reporting and analytics
Support policy updates and communications
Help coordinate cross-functional projects
Assist with employee programs administration
Culture & People Experience:
Support culture initiatives and people engagement and wellness programs
Help coordinate team events and celebrations
Support internal communications
Help maintain culture documentation
Assist with recognition programs, feedback surveys, and general HR inquiries
Special Projects & Growth Areas:
Support HR/People Ops project initiatives
Assist with program implementations and benefits administration
Help with process improvements
Shadow and study general HR responsibilities
Assist with performance management optimization, including setting structured OKRs and goals for own position, while documenting goals for rest of team
Guided management of employee relations issues
Support change management initiatives
Required Qualifications:
3+ years recruiting experience, preferably with at least 1-2 years of a broader HR or related role
Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and basic HRIS knowledge
Experience with modern ATS platforms
Strong Boolean search capabilities and basic utilization of AI-driven search tools
Multi-state HR exposure
Social casino, gaming, tech, or other fast-paced industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
HR certification (currently held or in progress as a future goal)
Experience working with MS Office, Google Suite, and Macs
