Operations:
Leading and owning the home healthcare business management & expansion.
Design and delivers strategic & special projects that directly influences planned growth
Owns the qualification of patients, planning for the services and supervising their total home health care needs
Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency mission, vision, philosophy, goals, and policies
Enhances the profitability of the agency and engages with the team to assure the quality of services delivered
Strategic:
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
Oversee all operational departments, including business operations, support functions, and customer service
Develop and manage the company budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget
Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other leadership team members in developing and implementing business strategies
Leadership:
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and the board of directors
Lead the compliance of all company policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Qualifications:
Must Have:
10 plus years of progressive experience with last 5yrs as a successful operational leadership role in a home health care agency
Experience leading a team of 250-500 staff in the organization that includes both direct & indirect.
Meet all the Federal, State and ACHC accreditation requirements
Experience as a HIPAA Privacy Officer appreciated.
Health care degree & experience as Physician, RN, NP, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, etc
Good to have:
Client engagement or financial revenue generation responsibility
Experience in design & implementing creative & scalable cost management process
Pragmatic in optimizing the analytics and metrics to improve output optimization
